At the end I used this effect in Paint.net called "Oil Painting" just 'cause it looked a lot nicer with it (less...like a bad photo manipulation? Heh.). I could have gone without it... And I could have done it in a different way, but that'd've taken longer.  So, here ya go.  Oh, and to those who know him from an older deviation ( [link] ), yeah... Evil!Clay became a character. -_-; I may edit this deviation later to add in Evil!Clay's tattoo. >.> Or we can just pretend this is before he gets it...Yes... That sounds like a good plan!
